A NEW KINGDOM ERA: THE VICTORIAN REIGN

Back in the summer of 2020, the Lord encountered me with a powerful word that He had shifted His Bride into a season of Preparing Goshen.

Almost four years later, He has given me another times and seasons word, a word of a new shift for the Bride. This word is specifically for His Remnant- those who are not only called by His name but have also said yes to the call. These ones have let the Lord purify and prepare them for their destiny. Because of their obedience to that call to lay everything down to prepare Goshen, this new shift will have its full effect.

The new season of the Bride that we have entered in the earth is a Kingdom Era, in which the Remnant Bride will operate as kings and queens in the earth, reigning and ruling with Heaven’s authority. Specifically, the Lord has shown me this Kingdom Era will be like the Victorian Reign. The Lord has given me dreams and revelations over the past few months which reveal this season of time for the Bride of Christ will be marked by the legacy of the Victorian Era (the monarch of the UK from 1837-1901; an era that lasted from 1820-1914).

I have spent these past weeks intently studying this era and the life of Queen Victoria and her kingdom. I will share the key legacies and distinctions of the era that He has highlighted to me, both the wonderful and the hard to hear. We must be prepared to step into bold authority Reign in order to bring righteous change and impact in the nations in this kairos moment in time.

WEALTH IN FAMINE

During the Victorian Era, the British empire spread its reign across the globe and made the nation the wealthiest in the world. This wealth was in stark contrast to the poverty and famine that covered much of the earth in that day. One particular famine in Ireland took out one third of the nation. The Lord has warned the world through His prophets and watchman for the past four years of coming famine and shakings to the economic system. He has also instructed His listening Bride to prepare Goshen, much like He prepared Joseph who was set apart for the coming famine to reign in high position and wealth so that He could preserve his people in the darkest of days. This mark of wealth and authority in Victoria’s reign will be seen in the Kingdom Bride, and the wealth of the nations will be brought to her in the days ahead. The stark contrast of her wealth and power to the famine and poverty around the earth will not be used for evil like the wicked, compromised rulers before her. Instead, it will be used to preserve the people and bring them both spiritual and physical bread in their plight—to give them a place of refuge in the shaking.

Then you shall see and be radiant; your heart shall thrill and exult, because the abundance of the sea shall be turned to you, the wealth of the nations shall come to you. Isaiah 60:5

SOLUTIONS IN PANDEMIC

Smallpox, cholera, typhus, and yellow and scarlet fever spread as epidemics during Victoria’s reign, killing around 400,00 people annually in Europe. The Lord specifically highlighted cholera to me as a warning for the days ahead in which the Bride will reign. Cholera began as an epidemic in Victoria’s day, and spread into a pandemic. I believe He is placing a high importance on the protection of water from disease and the need for the purification of water to fight back against the enemy’s plans to release disease into the earth in waves. During this Kingdom Era, many diseases will arise, and the Bride cannot turn a blind eye to it. It will be impossible to dismiss since it will be right in her face, but because of her authority, she will rise to find solutions. The chief solution is the authority of the blood of Christ and His Psalm 91 protection over the doorposts of the home of those who trust in Him for salvation—this she will decree and declare in authority.

She will also offer medical and practical solutions to these matters. Dr. John Snow, Queen Victoria’s anesthesiologist, discovered that water was the source of a local cholera outbreak and put an end to it by removing the handle of the Broad Street water pump, saving thousands of lives. Just as Dr. John Snow made this discovery about cholera and also designed a safe, effective way to deliver anesthesia, he is a sign of the types of medical solutions and game-changing advancements to medicine under this Reign that will actually benefit the people instead of harming them because of the purity (Snow) of their heavenly revelation (John).

For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and thick darkness the peoples: but the Lord will arise upon you, and his glory will be seen upon you. Isaiah 60:2

INVENTIONS & INDUSTRY REVIVED

The Victorian Age was known as the age of life-changing inventions. Electricity, anesthesia, the underground railroad, the car, tires, the typewriter, telephone, telegraph, photograph, light bulb, morse code, moving pictures, flushing toilets, postage stamps, bicycle, radio, and even ice cream are some of the best known. This age was also known as part of the Industrial Revolution, which was marked by new machines, new power sources and efficient ways of building progress. While the enemy would use these things for evil, the role of the Reigning Victorian Bride in the days ahead is to be the source of these inventions and progress and to bring solutions and Kingdom change to the nations for the glory of God. This era will be marked by Remnant believers excelling and finding breakthrough in science and industry ahead of their worldly peers, bringing answers of light to dark days in the earth. These revelations and inventions will be given them from heaven through visitations, dreams and Holy-Spirit inspiration, and the King of Heaven will get the glory!

To grant to those who mourn in Zion—to give them a beautiful headdress instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the garment of praise instead of a faint spirit; that they may be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he may be glorified. Isaiah 61:3

LOCAL GOVERNMENT & VOTING RIGHTS RESTORED

Although there was severe political tension, including civil war and worldwide political uprisings during this era, Queen Victoria and her government brought great positive political reform, especially concerning voting, to her nation without going through the same degree of bloodshed other nations around her were enduring. Still, it was a tumultuous time of reform. The Queen faced the real, corrupted political issues of her day and worked with parliament to make righteous change that would put more power into the hands of her people without them losing the respect of governmental authority and the honor she was due as Queen. The Bride will have monumental impact on the political needs of her day, facing things previous leaders have been in denial about and making the changes needed to root out corruption and bring righteous democracy back to the people in the earth. It will be a battle she must face bravely and with righteous resolve, decreeing Heaven’s will and leadership over the nations.

I will make your overseers peace and your taskmasters righteousness. Violence shall no more be heard in your land, devastation or destruction within your borders; you shall call your walls Salvation, and your gates Praise. Isaiah 60:17-18

CHILDREN’S RIGHTS PROTECTED

At this time, there was great national exposure of the abuse of children through child labor. Many reformers and religious leaders rose up to face this issue head on, and new laws were created to protect children from this exploitation. The work of Prince Albert, Queen Victoria’s husband, and the writings of individuals like Charles Dickens made social awareness and reform possible for children, as a focus on their need for protection and the reality of their exploitation became undeniable. There was also freedom brought to children in their need for good education.

Just as Prince Albert used his authority, King Jesus is on the move driven by His heart of fiery love for His children to expose their exploitation in society and restore their ability to be children, pure and protected again. The Bride will be the voice and vehicle for change in this, driven by the passionate, protective decree and power of King Jesus.

The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me…because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound. Isaiah 61:1

KINGS & QUEENS WHO SERVE THEIR PEOPLE

Victoria and Albert worked together with their government to bring social reform, which made them stand out in comparison to their royal predecessors. Under this reign, slavery was abolished in the British Empire, public health and housing issues were addressed, education was reformed, and law and order in the cities was addressed through the establishment of police. Their people faced dark and dangerous days, and instead of ignoring it from their palace, these leaders and the reformers of their day rose to meet the people in their need no matter how much darkness opposed them. The Victorian Bride will focus on making change for the people, using her wealth and position in Goshen to serve the people around her, just as Jesus washed the feet of His followers and fed the hungry around Him with spiritual and physical food.

They shall build up the ancient ruins, raise up the former devastations; they shall repair the ruined cities, the devastations of many generations. Isaiah 61:4

BABY BOOM FOR KINGDOM LEGACY

Victoria was the first queen to ever have children during her reign. She and Albert had nine children. Nine is the number of birth both spiritually and naturally. All nine of their children survived childbirth and lived into adulthood. This is important to note, as many women and infants died during the childbirth process at this time in history. Their nine children spread out the legacy and reign of their parents into the nations by marrying into royal families across Europe and using their gifts to make impact in different spheres of society. The Rising Bride in this Kingdom Era will birth every promise the Lord has put inside her spiritual womb, and those promises will have an Isaiah 61 legacy, making impact across the earth. His Kingdom will spread as the Bride births the promises of her King in the earth and stewards those promises well, preparing them for His kingdom purposes instead of her own.

The Reign was also known for an explosion in population growth, with one in every three of Victoria’s subjects being a child.

The Lord showed me the coming days will be marked by an actual baby boom, with many women having babies and families starting to have more children again. Many couples struggling to conceive will have miracle babies and will even have multiple children when they thought they could have none. This will be a wonder and a sign of the boom of spiritual births of salvation throughout the nations. These will be born through a Harvest of souls, the covenant promise of Abraham and Sarah and the answer to the cry of a generation of Hannah’s marked by prayer and painful tears of intercession.

Nine children may have seemed like a burden to a woman who was destined to be Queen, but it reveals the purpose of God for His people to be fruitful and multiply, prioritizing and training up the younger generations to know and serve the King and spread His Kingdom.

Lift up your eyes all around, and see; they all gather together, they come to you; your sons shall come from afar, and your daughters shall be carried on the hip. Isaiah 60:4

KINGDOM MARRIAGES & HOME LIFE AT THE CENTER

Victoria and Albert were deeply in love and committed to each other. They prioritized their marriage and simultaneously worked together in marriage to serve their people and the purposes of the kingdom. This time for the Bride will be distinguished as a time for divine kingdom marriages. The husband and wife will be united in Kingdom purpose and vision, deeply rooted in love and commitment to Jesus and each other.

Victorian women were distinctly known for their return to a focus on the home and the instructing of their children in truth and righteousness. During the Kingdom Reign of the Bride, the family unit and home life will return to being at the center, just as God designed it, and will no longer be sacrificed on the altar of society’s baals or the ministry-first mentality that has dominated many churches. Church will also move and operate as a Kingdom family instead of an organization. Leaders will value God’s instruction and righteous boundaries in the church family, valuing true unity and maturity through discipleship, just as God designed it in the days of the early church of Acts.

I will make an everlasting covenant with them. Their offspring shall be known among the nations, and their descendants in the midst of the peoples;
all who see them shall acknowledge them, that they are an offspring the Lord has blessed. Isaiah 61:8-9

PURITY IN THE HEART & LIFE OF THE BRIDE

A return to morality and purity in society and the home were key distinctions of the Victorian Era. Most worldly historians of the time period twist this to be a bad thing, calling it a suppression of the sexual and human desires of society. However, the matured and ready Remnant Bride knows the truth about this twisted lie that has pervaded society and will no longer bow to culture friendly ideas of sexuality and immorality like the lukewarm leaders before her. She will raise the plumbline back to the King’s standard. She will not tolerate Jezebel any longer.

Queen Victoria did not follow the tradition of her day by wearing colorful gowns for her wedding. She uniquely chose a white wedding dress despite its irregularity at that time. The tradition of wearing white at weddings today was actually started by Victoria’s decision. Although she was only eighteen when she became queen and very inexperienced, she was committed to purity and serving her people. Aristocracy up until that point were known for having mistresses, and infidelity was common. This cycle of infidelity in leadership changed with Victoria’s reign and her passionately committed love for Prince Albert. She chose to wear white for their wedding as a statement of her commitment to purity.

She also chose white flowers for her hair instead of a crown on her wedding day, marking the reality that she chose to be a wife first, then a queen. She valued her relationship with Albert over her position, and it was her relationship with him that steadied and enabled her to rule well even in the darkest of trials. So it will be for the Remnant Bride. With the Song of Songs love graced upon her brow, she will put her Bridegroom first before her position and will reign steady and true because of that righteous priority.

Though many in the Kingdom Remnant will be young like Victoria (either in age or in years of ministry experience), this Bride will be marked by her white wedding gown. She is prepared and set apart for her Bridegroom Jesus and her commitment to be His and His alone. She will, like Victoria for Albert, be known for her passionate, “over-the-top” love for Jesus and submission to Him, no matter how high her title or position. As she enters her Reign, she has been made ready for the Great Wedding Feast and arrival of her Bridegroom in her gown of white.

He has clothed me with the garments of salvation; He has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself like a priest with a beautiful headdress, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels. Isaiah 61:10

The marriage of the Lamb has come, and his Bride has made herself ready; it was granted her to clothe herself with fine linen, bright and pure. Revelation 19:7-8

THE WORLD FAIR & THE CRYSTAL PALACE

The Victorian Reign was also the birthplace of the world fair. Under the ingenuity and passion of Prince Albert, the first world fair was held in London in 1851, in a structure called the Crystal Palace. This event allowed the ideas, inventions and connection of nations around the world to grow and prosper. While over the years, global elites driven by demonic agendas have sought to unify the nations for the purpose of destruction and control, the Lord Jesus will bring the glory and unity of His people in all nations through His Bride and her authority to reign in the earth. The glory and Great Harvest of souls will spread across the earth as she follows His Great Commission.

The Crystal Palace stands as a symbol of the splendor and accelerated influence of Jesus through His Bride to bring together people from every tribe, tongue and nation into the Kingdom of God.

And nations shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising. Then you shall see and be radiant; your heart shall thrill and exult, because the abundance of the sea shall be turned to you, the wealth of the nations shall come to you, they shall come up with acceptance on my altar, and I will beautify my beautiful house. Isaiah 60:3;5-7

REVIVAL &THE BIRTH OF FAITH HEALERS

Some of the famous heroes of this age include William Wilberforce, Alexander Graham Bell and Florence Nightingale. This age was also marked by revival. The Second and Third Great Awakenings took place during the Victorian Age, and these were marked by widespread revival and whole cities and nations being renewed. This came about by set apart, Spirit-led ministers answering the call of God on their lives and the commitment of itinerant evangelists known as circuit riders who went from town to town to spread the good news. Huge gatherings of revival sprang up, with a large amount of young people giving their lives to Jesus. This was happening in Europe in movements like the Great Welsh Revival and the Aberdeen Revival, as well as all over Asia, Australia, Canada, the United States and beyond.

This time period also birthed the Azusa Street Revival in 1906, which is marked by the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Many of the heroes of the faith healing movement like William Branham, John G. Lake, Smith Wigglesworth, Aimee Semple McPherson and Kathryn Kuhlman were also born during this era, as God placed them at that season in history to restore the gift of faith and healing miracles into the land. The Lord has spoken very clearly to me as I have sought Him that in this Victorian Reign of the Bride, there will be uncontainable outpourings of the baptism of the Holy Spirit and of healing, signs and miracles beyond what we’ve seen before. We will actually see a double portion of these signs and wonders. The Remnant Bride will be operating in a double portion of His purity, faith and authority. The dead will rise and the Harvest will come in this Kingdom Era.

You shall be called the priests of the Lord; they shall speak of you as the ministers of our God. Therefore in their land they shall possess a double portion; they shall have everlasting joy. Isaiah 61:6-7

NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST HER

Victoria faced much opposition and attacks on her life as monarch. Many she would have liked to trust including close family members sought to control and manipulate her, desiring to usurp the authority Victoria carried and her future as Queen. Some plotted to assassinate her (she faced seven assignation attempts). Others in line hoped for her death by childbirth or the death of her firstborn child. And yet, victoriously, none of these attempts to control or take her out were successful. Such will be the enduring strength and supernatural protection of the Remnant Bride. She will face great opposition: the attempts of the enemy to take out the Church and its influence in the nations, the plans of religious leaders who think they can lead better and want to usurp her authority for their own agendas, those who try to stop her promises from being born. However, she will remain in position through it all. No weapon formed against her will prosper.

The sons of those who afflicted you shall come bending low to you, and all who despised you shall bow down at your feet. Isaiah 60:14

THE LEAST LIKELY & THE LAST IN LINE

From a worldly or practical viewpoint, Victoria was the least likely and last in line to become monarch. Seven people were in line for the throne before her, including her father and her three uncles George IV, Frederick Duke of York, and William IV, yet none of these uncles before her birthed legitimate children. The way she was set up to reign by Heaven was so evident, and yet from the world’s perspective she would not have even been on their radar. The individuals that have been prepared and readied to reign as the King’s Bride will be the ones who are considered least likely, the last in line in the eyes of the world and the religious system. Many have been overlooked and chosen last throughout their lives, believing that because the world and the church overlooked them the King will as well.

That is not the case for this new Victorian Bride arising to lead. The King saw those in line before them, those deemed “most likely” by the world, who have been groomed for high position and look the part, but He has not picked them. They lack the purity and spiritual legitimacy to lead His Kingdom and to birth kingdom heirs—generations who will spread His name and glory across the earth. Many of the recognized have been given years to prepare or repent, yet they have stayed in their lukewarm compromise. They have had “mistresses” in their work and ministry, neglecting the leading of Holy Spirit in their lives.

The King, however, sees this unlikely Queen. He has always seen her. It is written in eternity that she would take the throne at this hour in history. He is the One Who makes the way for her to reign against all odds, removing all obstacles in front of her. He has made the way for the unknown to rise and the “least likely” to reign.

Who is that coming up from the wilderness, leaning on her beloved? Under the apple tree I awakened you. There your mother was in labor with you; there she who bore you was in labor. Song of Solomon 8:5

The least one shall become a clan, and the smallest one a mighty nation; I am the Lord; in its time I will hasten it. Isaiah 60:22

VICTORIA MEANS VICTORY

All of these wonders will occur as the Prepared Remnant Bride takes her seat to reign, much like the young Victoria sat down as monarch of the most powerful nation in the world. There will be famine, pestilence, darkness and great opposition all around. But this Queen, she will be victorious, ready to reign with the authority of Heaven because she has been purified and prepared. She knows who she is and to Whom she belongs. Many will say,

Who is this? Where did she come from? She is too young, too inexperienced to reign.

And yet, this Remnant Bride has been hand-picked for such a time as this by the King Himself.

He has named her Victoria, My Victorious One.

This glorious kingdom marked by purity, family, invention, wealth, wonders and birthing will spread like a magnificent light covering the nations of the earth, even and especially at a time of great shaking and darkness in the earth. It will not be of just one nation or empire, but rather a Kingdom of Heaven here on earth, just as our Lord and King declared…

Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Matthew 6:10

Victorious Bride, it’s time to rise and reign.
